The Conference had more than 1,500 participants, who attended with interest speeches of  politicians, representatives of the Greek government, businessmen and many Greek and foreign experts.

The central message of the Conference was that Greece can take advantage of the opportunities offered by the 4th Industrial Revolution for the benefit of society and the economy as a whole. The key to success is an integrated national strategy, corresponding to those developed by 19 of the 28 EU countries, with the partnership of state, business, academic and research communities.

The conference ended with a discussion between the greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the President of SEV Theodoros Fessas, with the Prime Minister's announcement on the establishment of a "National Industry Council". Find out more about the conference proceedings: www.sev.org.gr
